These Online Selling Terms and Conditions apply to any order placed through this website. Placing an order implies the buyer’s acceptance of these Online Selling Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Online Selling Terms and Conditions, please DO NOT place an order.

Placing an order on this website constitutes a purchase contract under these Online Selling Terms and Conditions. The contract is considered concluded at the moment the Seller confirms acceptance (registration) of the order placed by the consumer or other legal entity buyers.

The information on this website does not constitute a sales offer but an invitation to make a purchase offer. No contract will be established between you and the Seller for any product until your order is expressly accepted by the Seller, who confirms the availability and sale of the product. If the Seller does not accept/confirm the order and funds have already been withdrawn from your account, they will be fully refunded to you.

These Online Selling Terms and Conditions do not apply to purchases made in physical stores, nor does the right of withdrawal apply to in-store purchases.

ORDERING PRODUCTS
Ordering products through the website involves the following steps: Select the product(s) you like, add them to your cart, the Terms and Conditions, and verify and accept the total payment amount indicated at the bottom of the cart, which will include any applicable delivery fees.

Providing personal data necessary for processing and delivering orders is mandatory. By confirming your order, you declare acceptance of the order, payment amount, and all the general terms of sale.

Your order will be verified, and you will receive a detailed confirmation email containing all the order details, the total invoiced amount, and the delivery method. This confirmation represents a durable medium contract and is complemented by these Online Selling Terms and Conditions.

Orders will be processed and delivered only if the Romanian delivery address has been fully and accurately completed, including the postal code. Incomplete orders may be canceled with notification. Orders for products out of stock may also be canceled, as product availability is subject to stock limitations.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product offers on the website are available only while stocks last. If stock is depleted or restocking difficulties arise, you will be informed that the product is unavailable when ordering online.

In the event of supply difficulties or out-of-stock products, we reserve the right to inform you of alternative products of equal or superior quality, which you may choose to order. If you do not wish to order the alternative products and have already paid, we will fully refund any amounts paid.

PAYMENT
The Seller accepts the following payment methods. Please note, available payment options may change depending on the items within your shopping bag. Payment is only debited from your card at the time of dispatch.

PayPal:

When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete your purchase before returning to ESHTE.

Apple Pay:

Website purchases are only payable in EURO. The price, payment method, and deadline are specified at the time of completing the order. The product prices include VAT and any applicable additional fees.

Entering your card data confirms that you have been informed and accept our terms and conditions.

PRODUCT DELIVERY
The Seller delivers worldwide. Products can be ordered by any individual regardless of citizenship or residence, but they are exclusively delivered to the address provided at the time of order. You must accurately provide all necessary delivery details in your order.

The delivery timeframe is 15 business days from order validation, depending on stock availability.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
Products remain the Seller’s property until full payment has been received.

PROHIBITION OF UNAUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTION/RESALE
The sale of our products on this website or other remote sales channels is exclusively to the end consumer. It is prohibited to sell, buy, or receive our products for the purpose of resale.

RIGHT OF RETURN/WITHDRAWAL
Under applicable law, any individual consumer who purchases products has the right to withdraw from Online contracts (online purchases) within 14 days of receiving the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform the Seller using an unambiguous withdrawal statement sent to vorb@eshte.ro

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the ESHTE and designer tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories and authenticity cards/dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

Beauty, Fragrance & Candles

Please note that fragrance/perfumes, candles and aerosols are final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.

Jewellery

These exquisite pieces must be returned to us unworn with the presentation box, protective packaging and any ESHTE/designer cards, marks or tags included.

Please return the products in perfect condition with the invoice to CLADESHTE CONCEPT SRL, Bucharest, Sector 3, 13 Ion Ghica Street, at your expense, without delay and no later than 15 days from notifying us of your withdrawal.

CONSUMER WARRANTY & SELLER’S LIABILITY
As a consumer, you benefit from the rights provided by applicable law at the time of order. The products offered are compliant with Romanian law.

COMMUNICATIONS
By using this website, you agree to communicate with us primarily through electronic means. All contracts, notices, information, and other communications that we send electronically satisfy any legal requirements for written communication.

APPLICABLE LAW. JURISDICTION
Website use and product purchases are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes arising from or related to website use will be subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
